PrograPrint is a 3D printing system that is especially designed for use in dental laboratories. The system is integrated into a validated
workflow that includes a coordinated cleaning unit, post-curing unit and a range of resin materials in addition to the PrograPrint PR5 3D
The PrograPrint PR5 3D printer is the centrepiece of the system. Featuring an innovative cartridge system, the printer allows virtually contactless and straightforward handling of the resin materials. Automatic material recognition and an intuitive user interface make printing your objects an easy task. Especially developed Homogeneous Light Processing Technology (HLP Technology) provides a homogeneous distribution of the light intensity across the entire build platform and ensures high-precision printing results. The PrograPrint incorporates the many years of experience we have gained from our activities in the dental field, especially our extensive expertise in the development of light-curing materials and matching curing devices.
The PrograPrint PR5 comes with an especially developed cartridge system: the PrograPrint Cartridge, designed to facilitate the handling of resin material. The resin bottle, with the valve attached, is inserted into the PrograPrint® Cartridge for printing. Unused material can be conveniently stored in the cartridge. The PrograPrint® Stage offers a long service life made possible by a sturdy design and no-stick lining. Designed for easy and intuitive operation, the integrated touchscreen makes operating the printer straightforward and simple. The optical status display provides easy-to-view information about the printer and printing process.
High precision with Homogeneous Light Processing Technology (HLP Technology)
HLP technology has a beneficial effect on the precision and quality of the printing process from the beginning: Even whilst the CAM data are being processed, software-aided optimizations are implemented. The specially developed Light Engine is the heart of the HLP Technology. It has a decisive influence on the quality of the printed objects. The Light Engine provides a high resolution and light intensity, both of which ensure a consistently high precision across the entire build platform.
